The Keyo Brigg Bomber Standard distance Triathlon is organised by LincsQuad and consists of a 1.5km swim in the river Ancholme followed by a 30km road cycle and finishing with a 9.8km road run.
This is a mass start event with competitors starting at 8:30am
The course is flat, fast and ideal for both experienced triathletes and those wanting to race the longer standard (also known as Olympic) distance.

This triathlon is organised & raced under British Triathlon Federation rules & regulations BTF Rule Book
The race routes are well signed and marshalled, the race briefing will be focused on rules & safety reminders, it is therefore important that you have an understanding of the route as this will not be discussed in the race briefing. Click on the maps to see the routes in more detail.
As an entrant to this event your information may be shared on the event or club website, social media pages or in emails sent by or on behalf of the club. This data will only be shared in relation to your participation in the event, e.g. the list of entrants, results or event reports. This data will be limited to your name, town, nationality, gender, age, age category, the name of the affiliated club or team of which you are a member and your finishing time and/or position.
LincsQuad have recognised the fact that the cost of living has risen, so we have taken the decision to offer a tiered entry price. Starting with a no frills through to all the bells and whistles for £35 plus fees.
IMPORTANT: Under new British Triathlon (BTF) requirements, a levy of £8 for day insurance (Race Pass) is required per person direct from BTF if you are not a member. This is payable direct to BTF and must be bought prior to the event with confirmation brought with you on the day.
