GDPR and the way LincsQuad communicates with you

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into full effect on the 25th May 2018. To ensure the club is compliant with the regulations a Privacy Notice is attached for your reference at the bottom of this page. This document is intended to make you aware of how your personal data is being used and what personal data relating to you is being processed.

As a member of LincsQuad, we want to keep you updated with news and events. In order for us to do so legally and without hindrance there is a section within the membership form on RiderHQ called Privacy Options is available. You should tick the boxes to indicate how the club may contact you about news and upcoming events. If boxes within that section are left unticked, we will not use that method to contact you. We may however need to contact you this way regarding your membership & coaching session information in order to properly manage and administer your membership.

As a club member your information may be shared on the club website, social media pages or in emails sent by the club. This data will only be shared in the event that either you are a club volunteer, have participated in a race or event or have recorded a major achievement. This data will be limited to your name, race results (if applicable) and details of your achievement. Limited further information about you may be included; for example, whether you have participated in a particular race category.

If you have any questions relating to this please email to: LincsquadSecretary@gmail.com
