LincsQuad Bike Box Hire
We have three hard shell Polaris bike boxes and three soft case boxes available for hire.
LincsQuad Equipment Hire 🚴♂️
Need a bike or rollers for training? Lincsquad members can hire track, cyclocross, MTB bikes, and two sets of rollers—all available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bike Box Hire Rates
Hard shell case
1-week hire: £20 (plus £50 deposit)
2-week hire: £40 (plus £50 deposit)
Soft shell case
1-week hire: £10 (plus £50 deposit)
2-week hire: £20 (plus £50 deposit)
Boxes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can be checked by emailing lincsquadbikebox@gmail.com
Bike Box Terms of Hire
By hiring a LincsQuad Bike Box, you agree to:
Take all reasonable precautions to ensure it is returned in the same condition as when you received it.
Cover any reasonable repair costs if the box is damaged while in your care.
Replace the box if it is lost or damaged beyond repair.
Full deposit is returned when the box is returned in the same condition as it left
Once we have confirmed your chosen hire period and box shell type and we have reserve your booking dates. Payment should be made via BACS transfer, information on this will be provided when we confirm your reservation.
Hire of the bike box will be complete once payment is received.
You will be contacted near the date of your reservation and given details of where & when to collect the bike box.

Equipment Hire
Who Can Hire?
Equipment hire is exclusive to LincsQuad members.
You must have been a member for at least six months to qualify.
Hire Period & Availability
📅 Hire is available in 1-week blocks, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
⚡ Extensions may be granted in periods of low demand
Responsibilities & Deposit
By hiring equipment, you agree to:
✅ Return it in the same condition as received.
✅ Cover reasonable repair costs if damaged.
✅ Provide full replacement if lost.
A deposit is required and will be held for the duration of the hire.

How to reserve your equipment.
Email LincsquadBikeBox@gmail.com to request your reservation providing required dates of hire.
Once your request has been processed you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and given details of where & when to collect the equipment and handover of deposit & payment.
