The Ferry 10K saw 198 runners finish Jason Ward of Tipton taking the top spot with a time of 32:02.
Rob Wood (photo) was the first home for Lincsquad and goes sub-40 again with a brilliant time of 39:46, must have had his weetabix again. Next in for Lincsquad was Phil Binch with a time of 40:47 and again misses out on going sub 40, it won’t be long till he cracks it though. Alan Woodcock came home with an excellent 41:11. Nicky Robinson clocked a time of 61:14.
